We offer adaptable models designed to fit the unique operational needs and budgetary goals of your nursing facility.
Flat Monthly Fee
This is based on the responsibilities chosen under Billing and Consulting. There is also a one-time setup fee to cover the time involved in getting sign-ons, online access, and Submitter IDs in place.
Percentage of Revenue
Based on the payer and your needs, this can range from 0.5%–2% of that payer’s monthly collected revenue.
Hourly Rate (Limited Availability)
We are moving away from our hourly model, but depending on your needs this option may still be available.
Misc Add-Ons
Old A/R Collections & PCC Transition or Clean Up both come with an additional fee. Call for pricing to discuss your specific situation.
